With over 20 years of experience in event marketing management, I specialize in meeting planning, exhibition services, and travel management. As an independent meeting consultant and travel manager, I work with companies to streamline travel processes, reduce costs, and execute successful events and meetings, including administrative management of a Travel Management Company (TMC). Fluent in both Finnish and English, I thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Travel Management Expertise: I can evaluate and choose Travel Management Companies that align with a company’s specific requirements. Once the TMC is selected, I can manage administrative tasks related to pilot programs and ongoing administrative management.
- Trade Shows/Exhibition Services: From contracting to budget management to booth builds, I oversee end-to-end trade show execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Cost Savings: I can deliver cost-effective solutions and have earned GOLD High Impact Award in 2021 and 2022 for innovative ideas related to travel and meetings.

Events: Taste of London UK, New York City Food and Wine, KAABOO Music Festival in Del Mar CA, Rose Day LA, ET PGA Championship UK, product launch events, etc. My focus on these events was on bringing sponsor brands to life through experiential activations at consumer-facing events.
